Booking Early

Book early to avoid disappointment. When booking appointments for beauty packages or Saturday appointments book two weeks in advance especially during holiday season and summer.

Arriving Early

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time for you to book in, change and relax. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end at the specified time regardless of how late you arrived.

What to Bring

We ask that you bring your own make-up and hair brush. A swimsuit is allowed for tub treatments. For your personal comfort, your Giselle's experience includes complimentary use of robes and slippers. You are invited to relax and refresh yourself with juice, herbal teas and fruit in the restful spa lounge

For body treatments... you can bring a dark pair of panties or request disposable panties.

Hydrotherapy tub treatments... Once in the salon you'll shower and change into your bathing suit. Abstain from alcohol 24 hours before and after your treatment.

Cell Phones

As a courtesy to all of our guests, and in order to maintain a relaxing environment, cell phones and pagers are not permitted in the salon or spa.

Cancellation

We require 48 hours notice for the cancellation of spa packages or bookings of more than 3 hours of service. We require a credit card number at time of booking in order to charge a cancellation fee of 50% when proper notice is not given. Single service requires a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice.

Standing Appointments

Benefit from a standing appointment at Giselle's! Giselle's can ensure that your appointments are always at a time that is most convenient for you.

Standing appointments for your services will avoid the hassle of working around seasonal peaks and the increasing demand for services from Giselle's.

You choose the frequency. weekly... monthly... quarterly... or whatever!

Giselle's will automatically place your services in the appointment books at the location of your choice, with the Spa specialist of your choice. When Statutory holidays conflict with your appointment we'll call to ask what alternate date works best for you. If you'll be away for your own holidays just let our receptionist know when you'll be back and we'll resume your standing appointments.
